Bobbi has worked as a diversional therapist since graduating with her Associate Diploma in 1991. Bobbi has worked both within hospital/community based and residential aged care with a strong focus on working with people with dementia. Bobbi has held the position of Treasurer and committee member of The Diversional Therapy Association of New South Wales and has served a many working parties within the Association.

Bobbi has been actively involved in her own professional development completing her Bachelor of Applied Science (Diversional Therapy) and Graduate Diploma in Community Health. With a strong focus on the importance of education Bobbi has also presented at many workshops for diversional therapists and recreational staff and has undertaken part-time/casual teaching at both the University of Western Sydney and the University of Sydney.
